1. Admission & Enrollment
Admission is confirmed only after completing the registration process and payment of fees.
Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
Admission fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Fees & Payments
Course fees must be paid on or before the due date.
Delay in payment may result in suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
Fees may include study materials, but extra charges may apply for certifications or exams (if applicable).
3. Attendance & Discipline
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
Misconduct, misbehavior, or violation of discipline may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.
Use of mobile phones during class without permission is prohibited.
4. Study Material & Certificates
Study material provided by the centre is for personal use only and must not be copied or shared without permission.
Certificates will only be issued after successful completion of the course, attendance requirements, and fee clearance.
5. Computer & Lab Usage
Students must handle all computers, equipment, and software responsibly.
Any intentional damage will be charged to the student.
Internet usage in labs is restricted to educational purposes only.
6. Privacy & Security
Personal information provided by students will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.
Students are not allowed to share login IDs, passwords, or other confidential data with others.
7. Centre Rights
The institute reserves the right to change class timings, faculty, or course content if necessary.
The institute may update rules and regulations from time to time without prior notice.
The institute holds the right to cancel admission of any student violating the code of conduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saksham Computer Centre is not responsible for loss of personal belongings inside the premises.
The centre is not liable for any job placement guarantee unless specifically mentioned in a course.
